I use babypowder - both for chaffing and under my breasts. I take some with me in my backpack and reapply during the day

There are lots of different types of bodyglide. Tbh I have found that it all works equally well so buy by size rather than blue pink etc. I have a big one in the villa and I use that before we leave but bought a handbags mini one for I park touch ups. I've hardly ever needed it. But I think if you put it on first before it becomes an issue it is way better than afterwards. If forgotten then lanacane works a treat on your sore bits

It's not just for women's sore bits / thighs. Men can have similar problems in summer humidity without even a hint of wobble.

The image of sleek 🐬🐬🐬 thighs is one I will treasure.

I haven’t had time to read all the replies, so apologies if someone has mentioned already, but I would recommend the big bloomer company for some anti chafing underwear.
I’m a size 10-12, but do suffer with mild chafing on my thighs - especially when wearing dresses and skirts.
Found them excellent. Really lightweight and soft and not detectable under my clothes.
They aren’t cheap, but are great quality.

Spray deodorant works too. The key is keeping dry the area in question so the areas of skin slide easily past each other.

Oh yes my DH even has had thigh chafing and he's lean and muscley. So even those built like a greek god can suffer (and yes I do feel more like a blubbery whale than a sleek dolphin sat next to him on the beach! Selfish man doesn't have an inch of fat on him lol)

Yet another vote for bodyglide - I've recently increased my running distances and am getting chafing in various places, and applying bodyglide to those places before my run seems to be reducing the pain I get afterwards in the shower! (Unfortunately I then get chafing in other spots where I didn't apply bodyglide to...)

And yes bodyglide is definitely prevention rather than cure...

Also - I am a huge fan of sparkle skirts for running but I also like wearing sparkle skirts in theme parks. Basically they are compression shorts with a skirt over, and I never get any chafing at my thighs with them as the compression shorts prevents chafing. So wondering if wearing compression shorts or similar underneath skirts/dressings might help reduce thigh chafing?
