I’ve just booked 2 nights at the new Margaritaville resort. It only opened this year and I’ve got 2 nights in a king suite with Expedia for £250
Don’t know if it’s classed as luxurious but it looks great.

My favourite 4 star hotels are:

Hilton Buena Vista Palace -an easy stroll to Disney Springs

Rosen Plaza and Rosen Centre, both on International Drive down near the Pointe & Convention Center. Both are within a stroll of the many restaurants along that stretch of Int Drive. (Don’t confuse them with the Rosen Inn at the Pointe which is a motel)

Rosen Shingle Creek, on Universal Boulevard. Not far from the Beachline junction so it’s an easy drive to the airport. It’s a bit out of the way, not really anything within walking distance. There are several restaurants and bars in the hotel so for one night you might stay in.

Edited at 12:08 AM.

Take a look at the Ritz Carlton or JW Marriott Grande Lakes. A little bit away from the regular tourist spots, but has a golf course and lazy river. Also a bit closer to the airport.
