Mobile Disney tickets price increase

I had 4 x 2 park tickets (3A & 1C) in my ‘cart’ on the US Disney website at $884 from a few weeks ago. I’ll be just logged on to find they’ve increased to $977 now.

Anyone know the reason why? 🤔

There was a price increase last week that has affected most tickets for the remainder of this year. Your cart will have automatically updated to the new prices.

Thanks, annoying part is we’ve had them in the cart for about 6 weeks 🙈🙈🙈

Do you know if we purchase the tickets online using a credit card, do we get an exchange rate similar to the current currency exchange rate (or better/worse)

Thanks 😊😊😊

Yes, Disney increased the price of their US tickets just over a week ago, like they do every year (although they were around a month later than usual). It was posted here on the DIBB, with a headline that the Daily Mail would be proud of:

You will get whatever the exchange rate your credit card provides. This may be either the MasterCard rate or Visa rate, both of which are close to the “official” exchange rate.

You may also have to pay a foreign transaction fee - again, it depends on your credit card. Some don’t charge a fee, some might charge 2.5% or some other value.
