It was like that in 2010 when we first visited. Particularly at MVMCP where I physically could not move for 10 min afterwards due to crowds. Mums were screaming that their toddlers would get stepped in, someone tried to punch me, no CMs anywhere...

As for kids on shoulders, in Japan you have to hold them at head height only or CMs tell you off! Looking forward to going there! Plus, people sit down for things which sounds better.

We've experienced it a few times over the years. In universal on the Spiderman ride a group of around 10 (seriously) made their way to the front loading deck until I said to the staff member that wasn't on and they need to be dealt with, he looked quite taken back and all he did was let us load into the ride vehicle first. Another time which got my back up was waiting for the Mickeys not so scary parade. The amount of people putting down bags, ponchos etc. To hold places was obscene. A couple of Americans were quite rude to us when we went to sit next to it sayingthey were holding those places for 5 other family members. Me stance is well I can't see them so tough, but my husband really can't be doing with confrontation (and rightly so, I'm my own worst enemy) so off we popped elsewhere.
