hhn tickets advice please

hi
we have got some free park tickets to pick up at guest services if i bought hhn tickets can these be added or picked up at guest services?
when i have gone to purchase them on line i only see the options for "will call at kiosk or ticket window" as well as posting.
we wish to enter the park and stay on for hhn.

Hi

when you arrive at the park you just take a copy of your booking to the windows down the side of the entrance and they pass you the tickets - it is really simple.

We have booked with floridatix .you have to go to the ticket window outside gates to exchange for actual tickets .do not leave it till the night of the event.i did this last year and queued for an hour,and had walked past an empty window a few hours before 😡

Will call at kiosk is great too.

You take your booking confirmation with you & the credit card you purchased on.

There is a number of self serve automated machines. You just enter your booking number on the screen, pop in your credit card when prompted & out the tickets pop. Like at cinemas here when you've pre-booked tickets.

So easy, but as someone else said try to do it in advance of the event as they can get quite busy.
