Hiya!

We have purchased Universal tickets through Virgin and will need to exchange for proper tickets.

Our flight lands at 17.15 to Orlando and hoping for a quick turn around to get us there before the park closes at 8pm to get our tickets sorted.

If we can’t are we able to exchange these at the concierge desk at Cababa Bay (where we are staying)?

Yes, you can swap them in the resort. You need photo ID with you.

even assuming you land on time, getting bags, through customs, then a hire car (?) and getting to resort would be tight. Would you not also have to pay to park, even if only swapping tickets ?

We have a transfer as we are not driving and bus to City Walk is right outside Cabana Bay x

we landed yesterday and it took us 2 and a half hours to get to cabana bay.
