Instacart?

Can some one clarify how instacart works please.
I am wanting a delivery for our villa say, I've signed up and had a look at the website.
Can I only place my order a couple of days before we go?
will I be able to select a delivery time?
What happens if we are delayed?

I've only used garden grocer before ( when they did off site deliveries)

I had a disaster with them in the summer I ordered 2 deliveries through them for our arrival at OKW, one from Whole Foods and one from Publix, the whole foods one arrived no problem, the publix delivery lady decided she couldn't find OKW so cancelled the order, I rescheduled for the next night and the same happened again, refused to deliver the then they added a $15 cancellation fee which I did get back... but it was extremely weary. The upside is if you buy certain items you can get free delivery if you want to give it a go

That's not good, We hate having to shop on the first night, last time we used garden grocer but they dont deliver off site any more.

Maybe you would have more luck as you are offsite, can you take a lot of stuff with you the prices were very expensive and just order the essentials

I used Instacart twice this summer, whilst staying at AoA. It was fab. They delivered on time and Disney put the second order away for us as we were out. Some of the donuts had the topping off and they refunded us for these. Would use again.
