Hi All,

A colleague at work says he got a print out voucher at home, that when you take it to the customer service desk at the outlet malls, they give a booklet of vouchers to use in the mall.

anyone know where this is, I won't see him until after we get back now.

No need for the paper coupons, you can download their Simon (Premium Outlets) app and they are on there (and more).

Also sign up for the individual stores, they offer better coupons (like Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger etc)

Potentially yes. Depends on what stores you are keen on as not all will be in voucher book or may offer better one-off deals via email than what they offer in the voucher book. Ralph Lauren being an example.

I’ve asked this in another thread, I cannot see the VIP club vouchers with all year round perks on the app, just some time limited ones which are no good to me for next week. What am I supposed to be looking for?

I have gone onto the website and printed my booklet voucher for both outlets and the year round perks.

Show under "deals" on my app and select the store required (not all stores show so do have to sign up for some separately).

I had seen those, but they are different offers to the VIP club through the website. I thought I was going daft, but I’m not. There are a lot more if you go onto the VIP club on the website, I’ve got over 100 offers which are not time limited like the ones in the deals section on the app.
