3 days in San Francisco itinerary.

We land at 2pm so have a good few hours on arrival day.
We then have 3 days after this. I have booked a Dylan’s famous tour for our first full day & plan to do Alcatraz that night? Has anyone managed to do this all in one day ? I’d also like to do a day tour to Monterey/Carmel on day 2, then day 3 I plan to visit Lucas film & Disney museum, and other sights I have missed. Our flight is early the next morning to Vegas, so we’ll get a lyft to airport.
Am I missing anything big out? Really have no clue about SF, but the things I’m doing have always been in my list.

Looks good. We have done Dylan's Tour and Alcatraz (during the day). Have you considered the Powell St Tram up to the Union Sq area? That was a highlight for us.

How are you getting from SFO to your accommodation. We used the Bart and it was really quick and easy.

No I haven’t, I could add that in on day 3, we’ll be up early as we always are on holidays to make the most of our time there. We’ll do Lombard street on arrival day & check the fisherman’s wharf area out as we are staying in that area.
I was just gonna take a lyft, we’ve used them in Vegas before & they were great!

Lombard st is very close (about 300yd walk) from Dylan’s pick up point. We viewed it before taking our bikes. It is steeper than you might think and a walk rather than a cycle.

I cover it with images on my trip report, California N to South at Easter.

We did a Dylans Tour and made it back in plenty of time for the Alcatraz Night Tour, actually had time to kill whereas I thought we would be running along the pier (it is quite a way from where Dylans drop you off)
