Definitely the asiest way to do it, travel agents will just charge you more to cover their costs.
Bear in mind if you book a value resort (Pop) you will get the free 'breakfast' QS plan, which gives you 1CS credit a day (not just for breakfast despite it's name). You can pay the difference at time of booking to upgrade to the regular QS plan or even the full TS plan, but you may find that booking CBR is more cost effective as this is a moderate resort and you will get the regular QS plan included for free (which of course you can still upgrade at the time to the full TS plan).
