Has anyone changed their date and then later cancelled for a full refund?

We need to cancel in the next couple of days If we can’t go.

Yes ,we did this a few days ago sadly,got a refund within around 3 days,lost out slightly on exchange rate but only £2 per ticket,so cant complain

We were 1st september,changed to 30th august(back in april when i thought we may get there!)

Ok thanks, I have emailed them and waiting for a reply.

They were pretty quick getting back to me,emailed on a saturday,replied monday,money back within the next day or so.

I'd like to know about this. I was due for 2nd Sept so if I cancel in the next few days I get all my money back. I'd like to delay to Sept 15th or so but if I do that and we can't get there I'm not sure we can still have a refund. Does anyone know?

We changed the date and still got a refund as long as its more than the 30 days before when you ask for refund.

She confirmed that I could change date and then later cancel within 30 days.

Unfortunately we’ve since decided to postpone until next year as we can only push back a week and need to start thinking about a plan B so have asked them to cancel and refund.
