im a gay woman 48 who has been put in hospital (a few years ago)by a group of men who didnt like the fact i am gay and was in a pub with my partner,who one of the men liked and apparently if it wasnt for me they might have gone home with one of them! .i ended up having a brain scan and a fractured jaw...

Omg, this is ridiculous, the op was just alerting families to the fact that is gay day today, well done for doing that, and if people arent happy he has done that then tough, If he chose his words wrong so what (I don't think he did) just saying how he felt. This has got way off topic but life would be a dull if everyone simply agreed with everybody else.
