Too big for rides?
Hi folks,
We are going to DLP on 10 th July, I haven't visited since just after it opened so can't wait! However I'm really getting worried about whether I will fit on the rides, I am a size 24/26 - never had any problems in WDW but didn't try Space Mountain! Are there any rides to keep away from to avoid embarrassment! Thanks in advance |

I don't do anything more extreme than POTC I'm afraid, but the only ride I had trouble with was Cars Quatre Roues Ralleye.

I'd think Orbitron might be an issue. I've seen people almost stuck in the rockets before.

Hi Bojangles, I am of a larger size too 22/24 and have just come back. The only one that was a small issue was RC racer where you have the strap to connect to the over the shoulder restraints but I was in the front row. I did manage to get it up but it was snug. I didn't do the orbitron.

Thank you all, I will give everything a try with the exception of Orbitron - don't fancy getting stuck in a rocket lol x

I always get stuck in the Orbitron and I'm a size 18- they are just plain awkward!
One thing to note is that unlike WDW a lot of the rides have turnstiles near the end of the queue to help separate people into different lanes. My friend who was around a size 22 at the time struggled to get through the turnstile on Crush's Coaster. Other than that we've had no problems |

Definitely Cars if 4 of you are riding. It makes the back seat very snug. But it's doable.

Crushes coaster was a tight squeeze. Give your bags to someone else as I struggled to get myself and my bags out.
