Villa areas near formosa gardens/ maingate area?

Hi all.

We're looking for a 3/4 bed villa in the above areas but have no idea what resorts or communities are in this area? Can anyone suggest any?
We've selected this area as we want to be walking distance or a very short uber to restaurants and shops and this seems to fit the bill. It has the restaurants we like nearby and will make change from I Drive where we stayed last time.

Ideally a villa community as there's 5 of us but its two parties really so two condos would suit too if the price was right.

We are at Oak Island which is walkable to several restaurants and only approx $5 uber rides to many others. Formosa Gardens Estate, Emerald Isle, Sunset Lakes are all in the area. As the poster above said, have a look on the villa map on here. It will give you a good idea.

We always stay in Windsor Hills, it is walking distance from shops and restaurant's.

There are several communities and if you want clubhouse and extra facilities, manned gates ..Windsor Hills and Emeralad Isle might suit you
the owners pay fees which include the staff and extras so have to pay more community fees per year
But would be more expensive than others with basic facilities...Rolling Hills, Indian Creek, Oak Island, Sunset Lakes ...for instance SL has gates with codes, swimming pool and totlot, fishing on the lake..
Lindfileds has no gates or facilites and villas are various standards...but there are some fantastic ones on advertised on here
Why not put a request in on the request section stating what you need number in party and intended dates
Formosa Gardens itself has no facilities..was built first and has on the whole larger villas on larger plots..quite expensive...there are none advertised on here now
