Mobile Packing! 😬

We go in 10 days and I’m working right up to the day before. I pack for the whole family so I’ve started today 😁... we are in a villa so If the clothes are creased when we get there I can always iron them. As we are still having hot weather here I’ve told DH and DS don’t you dare wear any of your holiday clothes lol.😁 anyone else pack early?

Yep, cases come out a few weeks before hand and I start setting aside the 'nice' clothes at least a couple of weeks before hand. And as for toiletries, well they start magically appearing a couple of months before we go. Well, they are on offer so of course it would be rude not to ...

I usually do the packing for me and the kids and then stream line my wife's case for the baggage allowance😋 i always pack the kids atleast a week before so the clothes are kept from been worn and I can get anything that's missing. Usually leave my own case until the night before or morning of.

I'm going in September. I bought a new suitcase in January. I live in a small flat and there's no room to store it so I just put it on the floor in the living room and started putting stuff in, buying stuff to go in etc straight away. Because of this I'm all packed except for my clothes!

I'm washing it all this week, then start packing next week. Hubby and daughter do their own. I check DD day before. Hubby packs in about 10 minutes! I like to do it slowly over a week or two, then unpack, check and repack

I helped my mum empty her loft Friday and she had a beautiful matching medium case and cabin case so I nabbed them.

They are sat I the cor er of my front room. I have put my holiday cloths in a separate drawer at the moment does that count?
🤣
I will probably start parking next week. After washing and ironing it all.

I start by getting my kids to put their neat piles of what they want packed onto my bed, I can then make sure they’ve not forgotten anything or gone OTT. I like to also have a tick-list so I don’t forget anything crucial like medication, camera, phone chargers etc. DH packs his own.
Being 6 of us, we have 1 suitcase between 2 otherwise we’d have too much luggage to fit in car. Just about to sort the cases for our UK holiday this year!
