We used Uber from Highgate park just down the road from highland reserve, I put the app on my phone requested a car and one came within ten minutes. Had said on the request where we wanted to go, paid also on the app and the guy took us straight there. Very easy to use would definitely use again.

We are hoping to do this a couple of times when going to DS and to the Poly for Ohana

We a staying on Solana, just south of Highland Reserve on the 27

Been told by a few on here that Uber is very easy and efficient

Apparently DS has its own dedicated Uber pick up and drop off spot

Can’t wait lol

We used it once from Highlands Reserve to Magic Kingdom in July this year, it was no problem. Just download the app before you go and link up your paypal. It's really easy to follow. Driver was there withing 8 minutes. We used it again for the return journey, from Bay Lake Tower to the villa, driver was only about 3 minutes away. The money is taken straight from your account, hope this helps

Just got back today from 2 weeks in HR. Used Uber to go to Applebee’s as it was torrential rain. Completely straightforward getting there. Getting back was a completely different ball game! 3 uber drivers accepted and started their journey to pick us up but all 3 cancelled on us. We were left waiting 45 minutes for someone to actually collect us. As an aside I wouldn’t recommend Applebee’s at Berry Town Center. We felt really unsafe waiting for the uber there. The food was only passable. Staff were awful. The same night we were there another Brit family put a review on Tripadvisor that completely mirrored our experience including food poisoning

That’s good to know thanks. So far we plan on going IHOP at berry town centre on the first morning. Might use the Chinese takeaway. But we want to use UBER to go to Disney springs so we can both have a drink.

IHOP was fab! Went there first morning and another time. The Chinese is brilliant too. Huge portions and great prices. Uber for DS prob better as it’s longer journey so driver getting more money. Our journey was short so they prob cancelled us in favour of longer trip
