If putting them on eBay don’t clean them it’s the aged look that people want
Oh I still have that kind of coffee pot in regular use the sound of it percolating on a Sunday morning brings back loads of memories an£ it makes better coffee than any fancy gadget

Reminder to me. Do not let the Dibb Posters loose on the metal work of my car.

I’ve got an old pot like those. I use it for melting candle wax for making candles and it cost me 50p. Lives in the garage. I didn’t want to ruin my good pots.

My late Mum had what I would call a Milk Saucepan just like the style Jenny posted.

I remember it well as in the late 50's early 60's she used to wallop my backside with it.

Never did me any harm.

It is indeed, a classic Bialetti Moka pot, I have one in much better condition (for when my bean to cup machine is off being serviced). It should be shiny aluminium though, I suspect somebody put that one in the dishwasher!
Been around since 1919 - a well loved brand

I hate to think what sort of genie you might conjure up using that! 🤣

I just saw that on your Instagram. I have read somewhere that tomato sauce is good for cleaning up things like that. Not tried it but worth a shot if you have some Heinz.
