Which airline from Manchester?

Hi Dibbers

I’m tentatively planning a trip in May 2022.
Haven’t been for a few years and last flew with Thomas cook.

Is there anyone other than Virgin doing direct flights from Manchester? Or rumoured to be doing next year?

I’ve seen a couple of Air Lingus ones, but they
don’t seem to be regular from what I can see..

Anyone got any inside info?

Thanks

The Aer Lingus ones start 29 July and will be a daily direct flight as far as I’m aware. I’m booked on the second flight out ever, and it seems to have been about £400 a ticket cheaper than Virgin when we are going.

Not really inside information but Tui seem to be flying from MAN next May (prices are up now). They are of course flying into Melbourne then if you fancy an 80 mile drive to the WDW area.

Brilliant thanks, I’m glad Virgin haven’t got the monopoly at Manchester..
so they haven’t started the route yet is that right, maybe that’s why I can’t see a full schedule.

Thanks again.
Do you know if any other airlines are doing the route, or just those two?

Just those, Aer Lingus got some old TC slots. The Americans only gave them permission to launch from 29/7 so that’s why they start then.

Book the ‘smart’ fare and you get seats, luggage and can cancel and get a voucher valid for 5 years.

It's probably closer to SOH than WDW
