BA flights - will they fly out of Gatwick this August?

Hi, I realise there are no definitive facts available but what are your opinions?

If USA allows, FCO advice changed will BA be honouring their bookings for August?

I'm booked for the 27th August, Gatwick to Tampa, do you see it happening?

We’re LGW-TPA 1st August.

From what I’ve read they’ve cancelled all the TPA flights through 31st July so if we go it’ll be the first flight out.

After initially reading about BA ditching LGW back in March/April I’ve not read anymore about it.

I wonder if virgin pulling out of LGW has made them rethink.

Or maybe they just have too many other issues going on to deal with it right now.

At this rate they may not even have any pilots to fly the planes as they’re making them all redundant and the rehiring them.

I think that, unlike Virgin, BA have used the threat of moving from Gatwick tobsevure a financial advantage over the airport.
At this moment, no flights have been removed, I’m not sure they will be TBH
