Mobile DVC Resale agent recommendation?

Hello All,
Would greatly appreciate your recommendations for Dvc resale agents please.

We are just starting to look for a contract but know what we want...
Now just to find the right price and right agent.

I highly recommend Jason at Buy and Sell DVC. He is often on the boards here and we purchased our resale contract through him last July. So helpful, prompt and patient in answering all our queries and really made the process painless! If he has the right contract for your needs then you’re on to a winner.

Instead of looking for the right agent I would look for the right contract. When we were buying ours I was checking 5 or 6 sites every day until we found the right one. Although there are some differences between the agents (some have cheaper contracts but charge slightly more in fees, some are better at communicating, etc) there are no real problems with any of the major ones.

We used Fidelity (fidelityrealestate/). They're actually one of the ones that is notoriously bad at responding! At the time it was really frustrating having to wait for responses, but a couple of years down the line those few extra days seem so unimportant compared to the contract we got!

Jason on here seems good, and Scott the owner is a good guy. I’ve personally used DVC Resalemarket (Jodi) for 3 contracts, great, no issues simply because they had the contracts which at the time ticked the boxes for what I needed.
Best advice is to scan all the main players’ ads (main ones being Buy and Sell DVC, DVC Resale Market, DVC Store etc- there’s about half a dozen, avoid the non specialists) and sign up to the emails, so you get first notification of the contracts, then get the offer in on the most suitable and best deal.
It’s no different really to buying a house, would you only look in one estate agent?
I’d use Jason here if I ever want to sell I think due to knowledge of the company and lower commission than many competitors and also the engagement with UK community which means I’m sure they’d help with the referral for the tax reclaim etc.

We used Fidelity Resale in July as they had a contract which suited us.
Bonnie Krampe was our point of contact and she was very helpful and quick to reply to emails. I had no issues and would use them again. Happy hunting

You guys are a font of knowledge! Thanks!

If I may, how much of it is a negotiation especially on the smaller contracts (150-200) as wouldn’t want to miss out on one by mis judging it?
