Dissertation survey - Please help a friend

A good friend is currently working on her dissertation and has a survey for parents and primary carers of children/teenagers.
If you have a few minutes to spare and are a parent/carer, would you please help out and fill in a survey about your youngsters interactions with technology?

I figured that lots of my fellow Dibbers would fall into the category she needs, what with the number of you with children. Of course we all have experiences of the young ones using personal technology, especially during long flights
