Favourite Orlando hotel by a mile for me.

Love the pool area and access to the parks.

Stayed at RPR & Portofino also but HRH is our favourite (although wife would always stay a Disney before Universal).

It's our favourite Universal hotel, love the atmosphere there, and the walk into studios is so fast.

I love the pool area, but it is shallow and the buzz in the lobby is great, not to mention Emack & Bolios! Mmmm

We’ve booked for one night when we go in September so we can get express. I’ve been in the lobby before but never the rooms so I’m really excited. We got a really good deal as well! It looks so lovely from the videos I’ve seen.

We've stayed in all three several times and really like them all. Portofino is our favourite however but would have no hesitation in staying at HRH again.

I really like Hard Rock Hotel but our last three stays onsite at Universal have been at Royal Pacific. It’s usually cheaper and we prefer the deeper pool.

We loved our stay at HRH in 2019. After 19 nights on site at WDW it was almost an antidote for the Disney cuteness. Had planned lots of time in USO and IOA but ended up spending the majority of our time in the pool, listening to the live music and DJ and enjoying 2 or 7 Rum cocktails. Would stay there again in a heartbeat and only not doing in in 2022 as we will be onsite for 7 nights and want to be near family in Cabana Bay.

Hard Rock is a wonderful hotel - ridiculously close to the parks (though i do like a nice ferry trip) and the theme, rooms and pool are excellent

It is the 3rd best of the Universal hotels though (IMO) behind Portofino and RPR.
