Low calorie delicious dessert
I made this tonight, frozen milky bar mousse, 1tbsp biscoff spread melted and a biscoff biscuit... it tasted amazing! Altogether just over 200 cals

We got it from Tesco, it’s with all the chocolate spreads in that section, it was about £2 a jar
