Sky email on mobile devices

Can anyone else please? For some reason the mobile app doesn't work on neither my Samsung phone nor my iPad. It keeps saying I have to log in then the password is incorrect (its not). I can log in via an internet browser ok.

I've had a Google but can't find anything .

I had the same thing, they've updated the site.
For my i phone I went on the desktop site and went to account
change password
E-mail sent to a different e-mail address
From that e-mail follow link to chose new password
On my next device andriod went in to e-mail settings accounts and put in New password.
It was bit of a palava to be honest but managed in the end.

Thank you. It’s worked on the iPad but not Samsung phone for some reason as it keeps coming up as an error. I’ll try again later in case there is a fault.

It happened to me on Friday, I uninstalled and then re-installed it and that did the trick
