Did my w7r3 last night and completed it + 45 seconds (well, I'm proud :p)

Really struggled the first 10 minutes or so, just couldn't seem to breathe right then it eased and the last part was, relatively, much easier...
Slightly hillier route than normal but was getting bored with where I have been running; sheep, tree, church, farm, church, tree, sheep, zzzz.

I've decided to redo runs 2 and 3 of week 2 due to the big gap i left in them - did one yesterday and doing 1tomorrow morning before my stretch class so i can start week 3 on monday. im annoyed with myself for not sticking to the plan so I have a star chart lol basicallly if i make all my sessions and runs I will have enough 'stars' earned to allow myself to buy 2 pairs of ears for my WDW hols in Sept/Oct

I completed Wk 6 today. Slept really badly and woke feeling full of cold so wasn't feeling very positive but completed my first 25 min run. Really proud of myself.

I really can't believe I've managed to get this far.

Well done everyone and keep going.

Not looking forward to the temps next week. I run early, usually between 5 and 6am. The temps even at that time are going to around 16c. Am considering getting up at 3am then going back to bed after my run. 🤣🤣

here in Spain, I have to start running when it is dark at about 6 am
By mid-morning its 35/37 degrees so impossible to run then.

I overdid it at the gym this morning, normally run 30 mins at a nice steady pace adding some boxing moves whilst doing so to up my heart rate but this morning I did the above plus upped the run speed! Am so tired this evening & legs feel like lead but did check my heart whilst running and it came down at a good pace when I stopped the boxing moves so hopefully its doing me good.

Just finished week 7 also. Was my best run both mentally and physically. Took 10 sec/km off my PB so now running the 25 min section at 6.23 min/km pace. Would love to get this down to 6 mins so I could do 5k in 30 mins but that’s my future target - first to graduate (6 runs to go). What are you all doing about the weather this week? Don’t much fancy running in the heatwave! 🥵
