Yosemite accomodation

We are planning a road trip for next year for the end of August into early Sept. we would like to book 2 nights at Yosemite from the 3-5th Sept and I know that the accommodations are limited... when can I expect my dates to be released and which website should I be using to book?

i contacted the hotel to ask and check when those dates would be released. It was at 12 months for us but worth checking to secure your summer rooms . I booked ours early as poss as we are there on 4th july weekend !
happy planning and i am sure you will get what you want by planning ahead

Fantastic thanks, this is the one I have been looking at. It looks like about 12 months in advance so I will keep checking occasionally this month but start checking daily once we get into September.

Have a look at Rush creek lodge. It’s at the edge of the valley but is fab. We just spent 3 nights there and couldn’t recommend enough.

We booked our August stay at Valley Floor Lodge(?) a year early. Had our pick of the dates. Yosemite is amazing!

Hi you have some options as well as what has been mentioned, tents with proper doors, yosemite view lodge 4/5 mins from park entrance at El portal, or if 2 adults blue butterfly bb which is fantastic.
Just one other thing to mention 2 nights which only gives you 1 full day , depending on you other plans perhaps consider 3 nights.
