Airport lounge for 9?

Hi guys .. might sound stupid but I'm sure I read somewhere that there's a limit to how many people you can book for the airport lounges ?

We would need for 9 from Manchester T2 ?

Thanks

We just booked a party of 7 through the travel agent. I paid for it but it did state it was waiting for it to be cleared due to the number of people. I got email within 48 hours to say all was ok and had been approved. If I had known that I would have booked two parties separate just to save worrying for 48 hours. I admit our group ranges from 38 - 67 years of age so I don’t know if this has anything to do with it. Maybe 7 x 18-21 year olds may not get the past even though they may behave better than us.

That’s exactly what I was told by the agent. They won’t accept any stag hen do’s or massive groups who will become disruptive.

If it’s a problem why not just book a 4 and a 5?

If there are nine of you though don't you naturally fall into a couple of family groups who have just chosen to book and pay separately (on different cards) anyway though ?
Absolutely clear that no lounge wants a big group intent of boozing it up before the flight but you actually aren't "a group" but two or more families holidaying together, just book accordingly.
