It's beautifully knitted and I'm sure it will be treasured, the buttons are gorgeous, would love to know where you bought them
 I began knotting a cardigan for my first daughter whilst 3 months pregnant and finally finished it four years later when my second daughter was still 'cooking' it didn't fit her until she was 4 months old and she was 9lb 12ozs when born lol |

It’s lovely. Well done to your mum.
My mum knitted lots of baby cardigans which I have kept and treasured. My aunt crocheted pram blankets. Mum tried her best to teach my sister and I but we were both hopeless. |

It's lovely, my dear mil used to knit all my kids jumpers / cardies when they were little. Before she died, she knitted loads of baby clothes and blankets for her great grand kids (which there are none yet).

I can’t knit either Jenny, despite mum trying to teach me when I was young! However dd is really into it and has made lots of things including a lovely hat for me😉
The buttons are so cute x

Thank you so much for all the kind comments, I’m very lucky that my mum is able to knit so beautifully... the buttons are super cute, and come from... either JoAnns, Michaels or Hobby Lobby... I visit them all.

Jenny. Love the buttons. Your Mum is talented.
My late Mum knitted for my 2 well into her 80's until sadly arthritis in her fingers ended that. I still remember the days when I lived at home with them and she was always knitting something for somebody. Don't see that so much now.
