Likelihood is that BA would just transfer your booking to the heathrow flights

Do you think BA will move the LGW-Tampa flight to LHR-Tampa
Hoping to fly into Tampa on our next trip
This would allow us to do Newcastle-LHR-Tampa

Hope not, we prefer Gatwick as it’s easier to get to from DD’s place

It's only a rumour at this stage.

We've booked LGW for next year. Not only is it our preferred airport of the two, it was £300 cheaper too.

I'm hoping they don't change us, but if they just move us over to LHR it wouldn't be too much extra bother.

It would be much easier for us Northerners if BA did a Newcastle-Gatwick flight and not just Newcastle-Heathrow
We are restricted up here on flight options
I don’t mind driving to London to get flights but landing early morning and driving home is a pain

We're using Miami for our next couple of planned trips and will either stay the night or just push on and drive up.
Same here, Jan and April will both me LHR-MIA for us too. This Sept is our first LHR- MCO with Virgin.

We actually live 25 minutes for Gatwick and would prefer not to negotiate the M25 in rush hour, so we always stay the night before from either airport. TBH LHR also has much better parking deals.

BA used to do a NCL-LGW then withdrew followed by unsuccessful attempts by Easyjet, Jet2 and flybe.
