Cancelling Disney

I need to cancel our Disney room, I believe I have to email, anyone got the email address?

Do I have to call too or just email and hope they’ve received it.

It's disneytraveluk@disneyonline.com - you don't need to phone, they should confirm it reasonably quickly IME.

I haven’t had a reply yet but I’m only on day 2.

It took a week for a CM to get back to me but the holding reply did say 5-7 days so I wasn't too worried. It did say to phone if you were due to arrive in the next 14 days.

They finally replied and I had to call them to get the refund as they hadn’t got my card details on file. Hopefully that will be back on my credit card before I get the bill.

I got a reply back on day 4 saying i could have my refund and that it would be with me within 5-7 days but it was in my bank the next day. That was for next years holiday

i have a 1 night stay in december which i am praying will go ahead. x
