Best nail product to help nails grow ?

What’s the best nail product you have used and can recommend to help with nail growth please ?

A four or six sided nail buffer always works for me.
Oh and Florida sunshine works too 😜

As above and a cuticle oil to massage in. The massage will help blood flow and growth. Keep the nails coated with something to protect them from water.

Old wives tale of eating the neat jelly cubes, like the hartleys ones that you normally dissolve. I also found taking Zinc tablets helped with my split nail that repaired itself.

When you file, use a crystal nail file, so much better for your nails than an emery board

My nails are terrible at the moment! I’ve been using gel for ages and decided to give them a break but they are paper thin. I think I’ll give Nail Envy a try

If you want to make them GROW rather than just protect what you have then nothing you put on the outside will help - you need to make some dietary changes probably
