Refund of MNSSHP

I recieved a gift card for $379 via email. I wasn't sure what it was for. I've just realised it could be for the MNSSHP tickets. From what I read it should have been refunded back onto my credit card that I paid with. Anyone else had issues? X x

Strange to get a gift card,...almost like it cannot be for mnsshp? What if you don't go to spend it?

Isn't that a huge assumption that you're even going on holiday to return it back to you in the form of a gift card? Talk about Disney keeping you in the bubble!

So I've been on to confirm cancellation of the hotel for over an hour as its been 14 days so was wondering where we were up to. Told to ring a separate number for MNSSHP, after 40 minutes told they need to put me through to ticketing and it'll be another hours wait. Just what I needed when I get home from work

My refund went straight onto credit card without having to contact them. Has your credit card expired maybe and they couldn’t refund to it?

It was expired but Natwest told us it shouldn't make a difference as it's the same card number. Ah we back on the phone now just in case the whole holiday goes on a gift card
