Similar here. Cancelled on the phone last Wednesday and no refund so called again today. Response was the assistant couldn't process immediately on original call so sent it to department who could. They have now raised it as high priority and it will be with me in a couple of days.

Weird how something never seems to work first time around. Will see if I get refund now.

I rang on Monday as we decided to just cancel instead of getting moved onto different flights.

The lady on the phone processed the refund there and then and gave us a reference number. We have received our full refund today.
