What food do you feed your cats?
With all these current recalls and issues, now with Felix changing their recipe and some, not all, cats refusing to eat it or getting sick, I just wondered what alternatives people feed their cats. Mine are on Felix but only really eat the bog standard jelly ones. I have a feeling we have one of the last boxes of the old recipe which we’re nearly at the end of.

Aldi, £1.89 a box of pouches, if it doesn’t like it after 3 days it will be hungry enough to eat it😂
You have to remember though we have a stray cat that we have been feeding for 10 years, it’s bloody well moved in now but it’s still not getting Sheba! |

Whiskas. He likes jelly and gravy ones. He does prefer Go Cat biscuits. Tried giving him a Sheba dome for his birthday - he didn’t want it.

My cats only like supermarket brand pouches! None like Whiskas or Felix, but not do they like Aldi. Asda or Morrisons jelly pouches. Also, they love Go Cat biscuits but no others. Very fussy eaters! We put out kittens on adult food at 9months because there was such a shortage of kitten food for these brands.

Our cats are fed Sheba, I usually buy the big box of pouches although will occasionally buy the foil container/dome ones (although I’m not sure what the difference is).
They have James Wellbeloved dry food as well |

My ten year old cat has IAMS senior dry food and Sheba wet food pouches.
I thought I would try my new kitten on James Wellbeloved which I have fed cats in the past but he has turned up his nose. I tried IAMS kitten and he has turned up his nose at that too, although he likes IAMS senior which is why I decided to try the kitten version. He was fed Whiskas wet food by his “breeder” which he liked so I went back to that. |

I used to use James Wellbeloved turkey and rice dry food for mine as I had a cat with IBD and it was the only food he could tolerate.

Ours is on Whiskers biscuits (fish) and that is all she will eat, no meat on anything else! we have tried every meat in the blooming world and she licks it a few times then walks off!
