Looking for a picture from a Next home Catalogue not current catalogue update page 2
I’m looking for a picture of the prices and range of the Michigan sofa in Next please not the current book or price online just now!
Why you all ask I ordered two sofas and a chair in April delivery last Wednesday but out of time so no delivery now lost my order so having to re order but chair is discontinued. I have to pick another chair but prices have gone up for all ranges and I want to check the old price before I order as I should not be out of pocket for there error Only to wait till Nov now and I have gave my old sofa away!

The delivery driver ran out of time and left the area with three other orders on the van so the tracking says and now next can’t find it.

That’s disgraceful, Next should be sorting this for you not expecting you to reorder and wait again, if it were me I’d be looking up the email address of their CEO and sending them an email, politely explaining what’s happened, the fact you have nothing to sit on and how disappointed you are with them and their customer service, I’d bet money they’ll sort it for you x

I can’t believe what I’ve just read! Unbelievable customer service from Next. Absolutely no way would I be paying them anything extra and I’d be demanding a full refund and taking my business elsewhere.

That is absolutely shocking service, I would cancel, is there any way you could find somewhere local who do a similar one?
