We are on the BA Gatwick to Tampa flight 18th Dec at 10am.

If anybody has Budget car hire via BA you can now do the digital check in. It doesn't get you straight to the garage like Avis but you can skip the main queue and collect your keys from the Key Collection Point where they check your ID & credit card first.

I've just noticed that I started this thread back in January when we didn't even know if any of our trips would come to fruition and now we're all weeks away from landing on US soil. How amazing is that! 🥰

Can I ask if you used the us or U.K. budget website.
Also I posted this on the car hire page the other day- does it read to you that spouse is free? It’s from the ba link

I used the UK Budget website for the digital check in. I have the same wording on my BA booking and I'm reading it as your spouse is free like Avis.
