Try Disney Springs Guest services. They were really helpful and it was less manic than the parks. Our entire Animal kingdom photos didn't show including all the ones taken by photographers. Guest services at AK weren't any help but Disney Springs Guest services were fab.

I didn't get any ride photos, even the one where I tapped my band. My husband got everything without tapping once (we rode separately with rider switch). I couldn't be bothered trying to remember the times that I had been on everything so didn't do anything about it. I'm disappointed that I didn't get the photo from my older daughter's first time on Splash Mountain.

I'd like to add our experiences of our most recent trip. We purchase magic bands in February 2019. On this trip, none of our ride photos appeared automatically. After 5 separate trips to various guest services including HS, DS and MK we were told it must be a photo pass issue. When speaking to photo pass they suggest it is a magic band issue.

I've written a letter to Guest Services since we got home and am still awaiting any response from Photopass about this issue.

I've heard back from Photopass about the issue with our on ride photos with our magicbands.

They said after looking into this issue it sounds like our magicbands are defective and it is not something that can be easily diagnosed in the parks. They've suggested changing the middle part of the band out with one we know which works so we can carry on getting ride photos.

Very disappointed since we spent $70+ on special edition magicbands in February.

I just wanted to give a quick update. I had a phone call from Guest Services who wanted to go through our issues on our recent visit. They understood the issues and are raising these with Photopass as this should not be happening. Also, we're going to get new limited edition magic bands of our choice on our next visit as they can see it is most likely an issue with the bands.

A couple of hours after the call, a notification appeared on my MDE and all my ride photos appeared. Well done Disney on finding these and getting them added to my account.
