I'm guessing they are probably almost fully booked for these dates and trying to balance the crowds a little with the EMH at other parks too.
Disappointed that we arrive on the 5th November

I’m another one whose ADRs need changing now!

Have pushed a Crystal Palace breakfast back to 10am from 8am, I can’t face a giant breakfast at 6.30am, which was the earliest time slot I could see for dining reservations.

I was also thinking about moving HS to our 2nd day but would mean losing our Sci Fi reservation as there are none for that day! So I might just keep it as our 3rd day...DH and DS were horrified when I told them we’d need to be there by 5am so it might just be me anyway

So, what happens if Extra Extra Magic Hours are 7-8am, and the park doesn’t open until 9am?

They don't mention it in the DPB post, but normal operating hours have been changed as well so that park will be opening at 8am. There's never a gap between EMH and normal park hours.

Magic kingdom actually allows guests in at 8 but only on main street!

We arrive on 19th August for 2 weeks so will get GE for the last 3 days of our holiday. Never expected GE to be open when I booked last year so it's a nice bonus! I was always planning to avoid HS on the 29th and had planned our visit for 1st of September which originally was EMH but now has the extra hour again. Interesting that the other parks have EEMH which will hopefully spread the crowds in the morning abit better! Looking forward to it!

Mmmm might have to consult the DH on this one - strangely he did say & I thought he was joking, if they open during the middle of the night we will get up and go :-(
Wonder how many people with young kids will be dragging their little ones up for it!
Might book an extra early morning breakfast on our 2nd day there.
