Fair point. Disney are doing the same by advertising the 14 day uk ticket as access to 6 parks when one water park is closed from September through to April next year

I think they would have been better to stick with offering nothing doing that is just insulting!

Ha, DLP took 3 weeks for every email when I was in a complaint with them. When they finally relented and passed me over to Orlando it took 3 hours to respond!

Really surprised at this and I would be livid if I was going in August as the extra hour at Volcano Bay was a great perk.

Bad enough for the Express hotels but for all the other hotel guests it reduces their perks even more, it means everyone wanting to use early access will go to Universal Studios (including all those at Surfside) which kind of defeats the point as it won't be that quiet

Very poor by Universal. Last year in August (the quiet bit of August after USA schools had gone back) they opened Volcano Bay 90 mins before normal opening when we went.

Had the same generic reply to my first ever tweet, not happy at all.What annoys me is the standard reply about park hours subject to change but this is more than a change in park hours,just hoping they change their minds on this one as can't understand why they would do this in the summer months.
