Mobile Urgent ticket query, please don't move

Anyone had problems with klook/ SeaWorld tickets?
Our universal 3 park tickets worked fine and out son's SeaWorld worked but ours are invalid.
Currently in long queue at guest services. Apparently start date is June.

Found this on another thread where there was a problem last year

'Hi there, sorry for this, can you send us a DM with your booking reference and we can get this sorted for you.'

Written by a the user advertiser called 'klook' but they've not been on the DIBB since yesterday afternoon.

Sorry I didn't update. Someone from klook messaged me back on FB messenger while I was in the queue.
Sea World guest services was a nightmare, one person dealing with huge queues. It was manic.
Anyway SeaWorld said they couldn't see why they didn't work and issued us hard tickets.
Klook are investigating, but I was very impressed that they got back to me so quickly.

Thats good it all worked out and good that Klook never ducked out from answering you. Pretty stressful though I bet at the time
