Hard copy or E Ticket
Hi all
Just about to purchase our universal tickets and not sure if we should get the hard copy or the E ticket as we have a naughty Labrador who chews the post! Anyone ever got the E ticket and if so, what is the process when you get there? Looking to buy from Orlando attractions Thanks xx |

Gate ready tickets are fine imo. You print them, go straight to gate and are in. You can swap them later in the day when less busy for wallet sized cards if you want.
If it is an email voucher you have to exchange for your tickets they are a pain on your first day. At opening time there might be a 30-60min queue at customer services to exchange the voucher. If the price is right or if you are not going to be going for opening on your first day then fine, but they are a bit of extra hassle. Edit: also, universal gate ready tickets can be added to the universal app if you want. Ticket on your phone that way. |

Just to add to the reply above if you have the e-tickets on your phone make sure you also carry a paper copy if everyone in your party wants to ride Hulk (also RRR iirc) at the same time. The locker needs your ticket (barcode) to access them so obviously you can’t use the app to do this when putting your phone in the locker.
