Aviana resort

Does anyone know anything about Aviana resort and how far away from everything it is?

Hi Em

We stayed here last August the villa was lovely, spacious and very peaceful. There is now a Publix at the crossroads (which was being built and is now open). Please make sure you are parked correctly on the drive and not on the road as there was cars being towed during the night when we were there. The journey to the parks took about 30 mins on a good day. Any more questions I will try and help.

All any review about Aviana mentions is in regards to the Draconian towing practices. Although most of the complaints do admit to not following the rules exactly.

Hope we manage to abide by the rules as we are starting there in April with 2 vehicles.

Almost time for your trip. Hope you do manage to avoid being towed! That would be a nightmare!

You just have to park in your drive and not on the road! We stayed in 2017. It's a nice estate but it was too far our for us.
