Just reread this report, as I'm planning a National Parks road trip. Can't believe the distances you went on this one. I was worried that Phoenix to Monument valley to Yosemite might be too far in 2 weeks!
Is there anything you would do differently now?

We drove really far but it was fine. Now I would cut out Las Vegas and have more time in the National Parks - I would have chosen to stay over a Bryce and actually gone hiking in the park and maybe had more time in Yosemite as well.

As time has gone on, we have realised how much we enjoy the National Parks so have tended to spend more time in them. But it was a fab trip so I wouldn't change much!

I'm waiting to see what the world does - it's just one thing after the last few years. Ideally 2024, as long as the USD rate improves. At least it gives me lots of time to plan
