Booked with dfch but how do I get free sat Nav ?

As it says above, I’ve booked a full size suv today through them with Alamo, but the only time I could see sat Nav on it, it was showing as £32...
I didn’t add it, should I add it to get free sat Nav as it says in banner?

We booked a standard SUV last August from Alamo and were surprised that there was no SatNav (we assumed all modern cars just had them booked in). We used our phones and googlemaps.

It’s just that it said on the banner free sat Nav if you book car hire with us

But then didn’t show?

We have one we can take but would be less hassle if free one was in car anyway

Hi,
We offer free sat nav (subject to £15 postage which includes a prepaid return envelope). Once all of my sat navs have been booked out, the system reverts to one of my backup suppliers and will show the higher price that you're seeing. His prices also include a prepaid return envelope.

Hi Andy and thanks for the reply. We’ve booked with you after so many positive comments on here! So, if I’m understanding you right, there isn’t a free sat Nav left for our dates?
