Has anyone used Starling over phone?

Want to book boat ride but cant do it online, not sure if starling works over the phone as ive had trouble in the past with remote payments?

Just so I know if I need to move money but would rather not pay any foreign transaction fees.

Its a normal debit card with a bank account, it is not a currency card, you can use it absolutely fine
