We stayed at congress park as we wanted to be close to Disney springs it was ideal for us.

We have stayed there once and were in the Grandstand area although we did wander round the rest of the rest and used both the Paddock and Springs pool.

Decided we liked the Gramdstand area best as pool nice and quiet and a decent size with pool bar and refillable cold drink station. It was nice to go to the other pools if we wanted it a bit more lively but at times the CM’s voices on the microphones during the games were a bit much.

Also were first on and first off the buses which was a bonus

Julie unfortunately CP is classed as preferred for DVC owners so costs more per night & for "Owners" you've more chance of seeing Santa in speedos than a free upgrade!

Another vote for Grandstand if not staying preferred. We always stayed at congress park until the point allocation changed. We also tried the paddock but found the grandstand worked best for us.
Wonder what has gone wrong with the kids splash area at Grandstand? It only opened after being done up while we were there in September/October last year, it looks a mess now!
