I would make sure you take screenshots now from vr360 so you have something to back up what it should have been like, in case the owners take it down
Then get in touch with the owners listing everything that isn’t as described Sorry you are having so much hassle on your holiday |

I am sorry you are having this experience.
It sounds as though the management company agree with you to an extent. I might be tempted to email them with details of your complaints and ask them specifically when they last had customers in there, and ask if they have had any previous complaints. So that you can follow up. Aquick Google found some previous history on this villa and the owner which makes me feel that you are potentially unlikely to get any restitution from the owners. It sounds a bit as though you may need to go via the villa company or Barclaycard I m afraid. Edited at 02:25 PM. |
