Flying tomorrow 4th Sep

Hey dibbers , wanted to get peoples opinion , supposed to be flying tomorrow 4th Sept from Manchester - MCO with Thomas cook. Not heard anything about flight being cancelled as of yet. What do you reckon are the chances of our flight going ahead ? Should we reschedule ? we are going for 2 weeks. Thanks

This is the statement on the Thomas Cook website in relation to Dorian:

I seen on another thread that MCO have some sort of meeting at 1pm local time and make decisions then. If so that would mean that you should know if your flight will go ahead sometime after 6pm UK time.

Thomas Cook are to update at 8pm according to their website, after MCO have decided what they're doing.
Got a feeling we won't be travelling tomorrow...

We’ve just been turned away from twilight check in with Virgin (on VS75 ex Man tomorrow), which we were expecting to be honest. Advised they may not be any the wiser until tomorrow morning around 11am (due to depart at 0955). Have been given a copy of the letter those affected today were given and to be fair to them it does appear they are doing all they can to make it as painless as possible.

Unless something changes in the meantime it would appear if we do get away tomorrow it will be delayed by a good few hours.
