Mobile Best icing recipe

Hi, I need to ice some Christmas tree biscuits with rows to hang fondant baubles from, like a garland but which is the best icing that doesn't run. Help, they've got to look good as for the local rescue.

Already have 9 small Christmas cakes already done and about 40 carrot cakes to decorate tomorrow.

You’ll need batch icing that you can loosen depending on what you’re piping. Lines, infill etc.
If you don’t need lots then I’d recommend buying royal icing sugar. Otherwise you do really need to buy 2 chicks egg whites (I wouldn’t use normal egg whites raw unless it was for ourselves)
I’m assuming you haven’t got Meriwhite but if you do then great.
I’m off to find quantities now for you

It needs to be whipped until it’s swooshing changes pitch (10 mins ish in a kitchen aid)
