I used to love this life might have to see if its on catch up or boxsets, I've recently started watching life on Mars that is on uktv drama channel on Saturday nights

Thanks for posting this ..loved the show and had the box set dvd but gave it away..been trying to find on Netflix or prime to watch again...will set my recorder ! .

watched the first one, wasnt as aged as expected but looked really washed out colour wise

weird it was in 4:3 on a widescreen TV

It was the start of jiggy camera tv. It was cutting edge at the time. I think it was slightly overdone though - and I only managed half of the first episode!

I watched the first series on the iPlayer, hoping the second one will be available soon.

It’s very much of it’s time, I’m loving the nostalgia and the music...takes me back .

Yes, agree with you there - the music and nostalgia really take you back to those days...

Who would have thought that out of that group Andrew Lincoln would make the big time. Jack Davenport, yes, you could see him "making good", but little Egg...

I know, I was thinking this too. If I was asked back in the 90s I would have put my money on Jack Davenport or Daniela Nardini being the most successful now . It’s a good job I didn’t embark on a career as talent scout, it would have been short lived
